When you choose to submit an inquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, ingredient requirements, potential monthly volumes, parish, crop availability and related notes.
Why we collect it
We use inquiry details to respond to you, evaluate possible ingredient sourcing or farm partnerships, discuss sample qualification, and keep appropriate business correspondence records. Your inquiry is not an order or purchase agreement.
Where form information goes
When deployed using Netlify Forms, the hosting provider processes and stores form submissions in the website owner's Netlify account. Email notifications may be configured to alert the website owner. Forms do not submit to a Crop Cycle mailbox until deployment and notification setup are completed and tested.
Sharing and retention
We do not intend to sell inquiry information. Information may be accessible to authorized service providers managing the website, form hosting or communications. The owner must set documented retention and deletion procedures before commercial operation.
Security
The live site should be hosted over HTTPS with secured administrative access, multifactor authentication and appropriate access restrictions. Online transmission and storage are not risk-free.
Your questions and rights
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, use the general contact form. You may also email sales@cropcyclefoods.com with the subject “Privacy Inquiry.” The company legal entity name and business address still need to be confirmed before publication.
Cookies and analytics
This starter website does not intentionally install behavioral analytics or advertising trackers. Additional analytics or services must be disclosed if enabled in the future.
